EPF Statement: Corona Virus (COVID-19).

Dear Member Federations,
As you are aware by now, a number of international conferences and sporting events across Europe have either been cancelled or rescheduled amid the health and travel concerns, as authorities attempt to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. As such, there is a possibility that travel may be interrupted and/or cancelled for future international or European championships.
The European Powerlifting Federation (EPF) follows the direction of the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) and takes no responsibility for any costs for either cancelled or rescheduled events or travel that member federations may decide to attend.
On a positive note, so far, we have decided not to cancel any of our championships.
Lastly, we’re not advising anyone to change their plans. However, this is an evolving situation and we want to be sure that you take the necessary precautions in advance.
Important for anyone is to have a valid incident and health insurance policy.
